Our program includes a combination of tactile and classroom experience that helps to ensure employees understand how to effectively apply the training they have received in emergency situations. It's important to have working fire extinguishers handy in your building, but we believe it is equally important to have hands on training.We offer on-site fire extinguisher training and demonstrations. After our educational presentation, each participant is given a fire extinguisher to extinguish a fire outdoors. It is an empowering feeling the first time you face a fire, pick up a fire extinguisher, pull its pin, and put the fire out.We encourage you to consider a fire extinguisher training and demonstration for your next company safety meeting or picnic! 

1. TEAM members participate in a minimum of OSHA 10 hour of computer-based, and 30 hours of classroom-based, safety training each year
2. Safety Toolbox Talk Meetings are held daily
3. Task specific safety training is conducted annually (as needed).
4. Safety orientation with new hires is part of our on-boarding process

1. Regular job site safety evaluations are performed by safety coordinators and management personnel
2. Job site safety evaluation goals are set annually
3. Always wearing the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
4. Driving, parking and leaving a job site safely
